1 Can Pink Salmon
2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
2 Tsp Yellow Mustard
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Minced Onion
Season with Salt, Pepper, Paprika, ect...
Form into 4 equal patties.
Fry in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides- about 6 minutes the first side, 3 the second.
