Sauteed Spinach with Mushrooms

Ingredients

    2 Cups Fresh Spinach, cleaned
    1/2 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp Onion, minced finely
    1 Tsp Olive Oil

    Salt, Pepper & Lea & Perrins to taste

Directions

Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil until tender. Add Spinach and remove from heat. Toss until the spinach is mostly wilted.

Add seasonings to taste.

  • This is a great basic recipe for sautéed spinach. One cannot go wrong for just following the recipe, but it is great to be able to take this recipe and create your own. I used both more spinach and mushrooms, totally disregarded the Lea and Perrins, and instead added garlic powder and Italian seas - 3/8/14
