1/4 cup unsalted butter (I reduce it to 2 tbsp.)
1 cup flour, unbleached all purpose
2 eggs (can substitute egg beaters or the like)
1 cup 2% milk
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 oz. pepperoni (you can save fat & calories by using turkey pepperoni)
4 oz. (1 c.) low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
1-2 tsp. dried oregano
1 c. Ragu Pizza Quick Pizza Sauce
NOTE: After you remove it from the oven, let it rest and cool slightly, because it can stay hot for a while. Comments: This is a very quick and delicious way to make pizza.
