Introduction

Add water 1/4 cup at a time until desired texture is reached. Add water 1/4 cup at a time until desired texture is reached.

    cornstarch
    flour
    baking powder
    salt
    pepper
    egg
    water

Directions

1. In bowl mix first 5 ingredients,add egg, and water,stir till smooth
(this batter is enough for about 4 cups vegetables or 1lb. fish or meat cut up. )
