Ingredients

Make Your Own Cream Of Soup (recipe on here)
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 10 oz
Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium
Onions, raw, 1 medium
Salt, 1 tsp
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz
! C Brown Rice, Cooked
Directions
Cook Brown Rice (I keep some cooked in the fridge for the week)
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add carrots, cook for 2 or 3 mins then add in onion and celery and green pepper and let cook about half way and then add in ground turkey and finish cooking until browned and completely done.
When done add in brown rice and and warm. While doing that then prepare soup- 1/3 C. mix to 1 1/2 C. water.
Add to turkey mixture, pour into casserole dish and top with cheese, bake approx. 20 mins at 350 or until bubbly.
Makes 6 servings.
