Chocolate Frosted Brownies

Introduction

These are so good they taste like they're bad for you! These are so good they taste like they're bad for you!

Ingredients

    1c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    1tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. fat-free cholesterol-free egg product or 4 egg whites
    2/3 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 c. baking cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt

    Chocolate Frosting
    2/3. c. powdered sugar
    2Tb, baking cocoa
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3-4 tsp. hot water.
    Mix all ingredients until smooth and spreadable

Directions

Heat oven to 350*. Spray square 8x8" pan with non stick spray. Mix sugar, margarine, vanilla and egg product in med. bowl. Stir in dry ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake 20-25- minutes or until done. Cool completely. Frost and cut into 16.
