IntroductionMy mother's always made this with linguine, but I find any good pasta works well. My mother's always made this with linguine, but I find any good pasta works well.
4 cans or 1 cup of canned clams (2 minced, 2 whole), 2 tbsp. olive oil, 3 cloves garlic (or to taste), a dash of lemon juice, dash of salt, dash of black pepper, 1 tsp. ground oregano, and 4 cups pasta.
Boil water and cook 4 cups of pasta. Drain pasta and serve with sauce.
