Hamburger - Rice Meal - Super Yummy!!!

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 Box of Minute Rice - The 14 oz box (about 4.5 cups of dry rice)
    1lb Lean Ground Beef
    24 ounces of tomato juice
    1.5 cups of Parmesan Cheese
    2 cloves of garlic (or garlic powder if you like)

Directions

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Cook entire box of rice (about 4.5 cups dry) in a large pan on the stove according to the box directions. While rice is cooking, cook your ground beef with the garlic cloves. Add the cooked ground beef to your rice. Add the tomato juice and stir. Place the rice and hamburger mixture into the oven uncovered for about 30 minutes. Stir about 1/2 way through. The tomato juice should look like it has mostly soaked in by the end of the cooking time, if not cook another 10 mins or so. Add the parmesan cheese and stir (or you can leave it out and have each person put on what they'd like in there own bowl). Serve with some veggies! Recipe makes between 10 and 14 one cup servings. (I calculated the recipe for 10 servings, but I think it might make more than that).
