Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 11.5 oz can tomato juice
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp ground cumin
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
In a large sauce pan, cook the turkey, onion, pepper and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
