Cathie's Chili

Introduction

Makes 12 Cups Makes 12 Cups
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs Hamburger
    1/4-1/2 lb reduced fat sausage
    2 small-ish yellow onions - chopped
    1 large green pepper - chopped
    2 stalks celery - thinly sliced
    2 15oz cans kidney beans - rinsed
    1+ cup beef broth
    1 28oz can stewed tomatoes
    1 6oz can tomato paste
    2 tsp garlic
    1 Tblsp chili powder
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 tsp salt

Directions

In dutch oven:
Brown sausage, hamburger and onions.
Drain off excess fat
Add everything else. Add more broth if desired.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours
Eat!
