    Avocados, Florida, 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    Milk substitutes, Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk, .5 cup
    Splenda, 1 tbs

Directions

Mash avocado until smooth. Add to food processor or blender, add soy milk and splenda. Whip until smooth.
