Ingredients

    1 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless-cubed after cooking
    6 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
    1 quart strawberries, sliced
    1 avocado pitted and cubed
    1 tablespoon lite raspberry vinegarette per cup of lettuce

Directions

1. cook chicken. Tastes best grilled or george foremaned
2. place lettuce in serving bowl after washing and chopping
3. Slice strawberries and avocado and place on lettuce
4. serve, then add dressing
