Homestyle chicken soup (cuban recipe with a twist)

Submitted by: SFUENTES23

Introduction

This is the cuban recipe with a twist. I added celery and a plantain for sweetness. The original recipe is only with carrot, potato and 2 oz angel pasta ( I use 1 oz) to reduce carbs. Saffron is optional. Sometimes I add more veggies like spinach, broccoli or kale etc and calculate them separately but they don't add too much calories. This is the cuban recipe with a twist.
