Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup
*Egg white, 2 serving
*Sucralose (like Splenda), 2 tsp
Allspice, .5 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 0.25 tsp
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tbsp semisweet choco chips
I like to put all in one bowl and have it as my main course for breakfast with some fruit. Bake an extra 10 minutes or so for that.
