1100 g beef, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 20g dried forest mushrooms (I can't find nutrition value, so I used shitake) 1/4 cup of flour, 10 tbsp cream
Soak mushrooms for few hours
Cut meat in cubes, powder with flour,
fry onion and meat in oil for a short time. I do onion separately then mix.
Put the mix in a pressure cooker, add pepper, salt and soaked mushrooms with water they were soaked in, add enough hot water and cook for 45 min. Add cream. Serve with buckwheat, potatoes or sweet potatoes.
