Ingredients

    6 med potatoes, peeled, and diced
    1/2 c yogurt ff
    4 cloves garlic, peels on
    1 Tb butter
    1/2 ts salt

Directions

Boil or steam potatoes and rice or put through a food mill. Mix in rest of ingredients to taste.
