Chicken Broccoli Cups

Introduction

These are simple and delicious. My friend served them at a bridal shower and they were all demolished. Serve with a salad and you have a great dinner! These are simple and delicious. Ingredients

    2 Pillsbury Biscuit packages (10 oz/ea)
    1 C cooked chicken, shredded or cubed (I used 98%FF canned)
    1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli - cooked and drained
    1 can Healthy Choice cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp pepper
    1 T milk
    1/2 C Kraft 2% mild cheddar cheese

Directions

Press out one biscuit into each greased muffin cup making sure to press it up the sides. In a bowl mix together the broccoli, chicken, soup, milk and seasonings. Fill each biscuit cup with the mixture. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until brown. Top each with cheddar cheese and bake for additional 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
