Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 lb lean ground chicken or turkey
    1/2 C oats
    1/2 C spinach chopped
    1/3 C onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded

Directions

Whisk eggs. Add chicken or turkey, oats, spinach,
onion, cheese,& bl.pepper & salt to taste (Optional) Mix /W/ hands until blended. Form 4 patties. Place on grill or non-stick pan. Cook 6 minutes each side or to your desire.
