Introduction

Low Sodium, Sugar Free, Whole Grain breakfast. Modified from Coach Dean's Oatmeal. His recipe called for Flax Seed & blueberries. Also was twice the volume per serving. I prefer smaller servings. Ingredients

    1/4 cup Old Fashioned 100% Whole Grain Oats
    1 tsp dry, unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1/2 tsp Splenda
    1/2 cup Water

Directions

Follow Oats Box Directions.
Microwave:
Combine dry ingredients. Heat 1/2 cup of water in microwave. Pour over dry ingredients. Stir. Then, heat bowl in microwave at 30 second intervals. Stir to prevent boiling over. Will take a total of 2 to 3 minutes. Sitting a few minutes will help thicken up also.
Serve with fruit or V8.
