Open Sesame Tofu

Ingredients

    1 block extra firm tofu, drained
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup honey
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tbsp. sesame seeds.
    1 tsp. sesame oil

Directions

Cut tofu into 1 inch segments. Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, and sesame seeds. Brown tofu in sesame oil (or you can use peanut or even vegetable oil). Add the soy sauce mixture. Cook until a little crispy. Serve over rice or a bed of sprouts.
