Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 heaping cups well cup cooked soybeans processed in a blender


    3/4 cup honey
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 eggs
    3/4 soy milk
    4 tablespoons instant dry milk


Directions

Process soybeans in a blender until smooth. Add other ingredients and mix well.
pour into crust and bake 450 degrees for 15 minutes

reduce heat to 350 for 30 minutes till set like pumpkin
