IntroductionGreat on the go breakfast. Great on the go breakfast.
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)
3/4 cup Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
1/2 cup Kashi GoLEAN Crunch cereal
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 cup Fruit and Nut Trail Mix
1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
3 Egg whites
1/4 cup Applesauce
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
In another bowl combine the rest. Mix together.
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Spoon batter onto parchment cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack before storing in airtight bag or container.
