Low-fat Cream of Mushroom Cheesy Chicken


This is a low-fat version of an old favorite. This is a low-fat version of an old favorite.
Number of Servings: 4


    4 chicken breasts (skinless/boneless)
    1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can of low-fat milk
    2 cups reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    garlic powder
    ground black pepper
    dash of Accent season salt


Place chicken in a rectangular glass oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, ground black pepper & Accent season salt. In a separate mixing bowl, mix the soup, milk & 1 cup of the cheese together and pour over the chicken coating each piece completely.
Top with the remaining cup of cheese.
Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
