Pork Chops With Herbed Cream Sauce

Ingredients

4, 6 oz pork rib chops (bone in)
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs all purpose flour
1/2 tsp beef bouillon
1 tbs minced parsley
1/2 tsp basil
2/3 cup 1% milk
2 tbs water
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
1. In a large skillet, cook pork chops in oil until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm; drain.
2. Stir the flour, boullion, parsley, and basil into the skillet. Gradually stir in the milk, water, and pepper until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Drizzle over pork.
Yield: 4 servings (1 chop and 2 tbs sauce)
