Introduction

Tomato soup lowfat and with loads of protien and nutrients.Ready in minutes and very little clean up!! And leftovers for tomorrow!! Just 50 calories a cup! Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    One can each: diced tomatoes with basil and garlic, tomato soup, black beans. 1 package of spinach. Stir in 3 cans of water. Splash of vodka and ketchup optional. Needs pepper but I don't cook it in because I have kids.

Directions

Dump everything in a pan and cook medium low till hot and tasty!

  • Very tasty. Added my own basil and garlic, tomatoes didn't have any. Really does need the ketchup but I added lemon juice as well. Tried some white wine but that wasn't so good, then added two Octoberfest - I was hungry!! Really nice soup. Thanks for the ideas - 10/23/11
