3 Chicken Thighs, bone and skin removed, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 tbsp Peach Jams, preserves, or jelly (or substitue another flavor like orange)
1.5 cups Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice
1/4 cup Corn Starch
3 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp water
Heat oil in pan over medium high heat. Coat chicken with corn starch, add to oil. Cook til done.
Mix preserves and water in separate bowl. Microwave approx 15 seconds to thin, stir well.
Serve chicken over rice, spoon sauce over all.
