2 - 10 oz box frozen chopped broccoli
3 cups cubed fully cooked chicken breasts (approximately 3 breasts)
Mrs Dash Table Blend Seasoning
2 cups 98% fat free cream of chicken soup (approx 1.5 cans)
1/3 cup skim milk
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
1.25 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup bread crumbs (plain or italian)
1 tbl butter
Spread frozen chopped broccoli in a 9x13 baking dish
Top with cubed chicken and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Table Blend seasoning.
In a bowl, mix the soup, milk, and sour cream. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
Melt the butter and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
