With a nod towards those great veggie platters served before holiday meals, this recipe takes fresh veggies into the actual meal as a salad course. With a nod towards those great veggie platters served before holiday meals, this recipe takes fresh veggies into the actual meal as a salad course.

Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese, Non-Fat - 1/2 Cup
    Tostitos Creamy Spinach Dip - 4 tbsp.

    Broccoli, fresh - 1/2 Cup
    1 Medium Raw Carrot
    1 Small - Medium Celery Stalk
    1 Small Red Tomato

Directions

Mix the Cottage Cheese and Tostitos Creamy Spinach Dip together.

Chop the tomato and veggies into bite sizes.

Add to the cottage cheese and dip mix. Stir well.

May serve as is or chill.

Makes 4 half cup servings.
