venison (4 small steaks chunked)
1 onion diced
3 carrots sliced (1/2 inch pieces)
4 medium potatoes chunked
1/4 c. corn starch
cover with water,
place on range top on high heat,
bring to full rolling boil then reduce heat to simmer,
simmer for 3 hours.
place in sm. bowl 1/4 c. corn starch mix withcold water whisk and add to stew to thicken, stirring constantly until thickness desired ( more or less corn starch can be used to your desired thickness)
makes 6 cereal bowl size servings.
