Fried Rice

Ingredients

Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/2 cup
Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup pre cooked and cooled
Mung Bean sprouts, 1 cup
Snow Peas, frozen, 1/2 cup
Green Onions, 2 tbsp chopped
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1/2 cup, chopped
Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp
Peanut Oil, 2 tbsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
The brown rice should be cooked the day before and cooled.
Heat oil in large saute pan or wok. When oil is hot, add eggs. Cook until lightly scrambled but not too dry.
Add snow peas, diced green onions and diced bell peppers. set aside and re-oil pan.
Break apart rice clumps as you slowly add to pan. Saute rice till heated through. Add mung bean sprouts slowly, mixing in with rice.
Season with soy-sauce and fish sauce.
Add egg mixture back in, slowly incorporating into rice.
Add cooked meat of your choice.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
