Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Red Potato, 2268 grams (remove)
    Philadelphia, 7 tbsp (remove)
    *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 30 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1.25 tsp (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 2.5 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

bring potatoes to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Combine boiled potatoes with everything except paprika. Beat with a mixer until smooth, put in oven proof casserole spray with cooking spray and sprinkle paprika over the top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
