1 - 1 liter jar of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
8 medium potatoes
Smoked sausage, not included in calorie count
2. Put potatoes, sauerkraut and smoked sausage into a large pot, bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
4. Remove sausage and mash potaoes with sauerkraut.
Serve with sausage, makes 5 large servings.
