1 Package Bean Cuisine - Thick as fog Split Pea Soup
8 Cups water
2 Cups chopped:
Salt & pepper to taste
2. Puree in blender or food processor or stir vigorously with a whisk until soup is smooth.
3. Serve with croutons and chopped parsley.
Makes 8 servings, freezes well.
I usually cook this soup with a hambone or smoked farmers sausage, not included in calory count.
