Introductionbaked pumpkin custard baked pumpkin custard
1 +1/2 c. pumpkin home cooked, or one 15 oz. canned
6 egg whites
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients with mixer, or blender or food processer. The more you blend the smoother the end result. Pour into a loaf pan, sprayed with pam.
Allow to cool slightly before spooning into serving dishes.
