Cranberry Salad

Introduction

I have to fix this every Thanksgiving, but it's good any time of year; easy to make; and simply delicious! I have to fix this every Thanksgiving, but it's good any time of year; easy to make; and simply delicious!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Prepare Jello:
    6 oz. sugar free jello (any red jello)
    1/2 cup sugar, fructos, or Splenda
    1 cup boiling water

    Grind:
    1 (8 oz) can pineapple, undrained
    1/2 bag fresh cranberries
    1 orange, cut up
    1/2 cup celery, sliced 1/4" thick
    1/2 cut nuts, chopped slightly

Directions

Prepare jello with 1 cup boiling water. Add to blender, the rest of the ingredients a little at a time incorporating the jello mixture to help ease the grinding.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, uncovered.

Makes 6, 1/2 cup servings.
