Introduction

with or without pepper, hummus with or without pepper, hummus
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can garbanzo beans
    1/4 cup diced onions
    1 tsp flax seed
    2 tsp tahini
    1/4 cup roasted red peppers
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    2 Tblsp lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp cumin
    1/8 tsp red pepper

Directions

Drain beans and save liquid , add some back if it is too thick. Put all in a food processor and whiz it up
add your own special items.
serve on crackers or use as dip
