Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can plain pumpkin (not pie mix)
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    dash nutmeg,
    dash ginger,
    dash cloves
    1 tbsp honey (if you want it sweeter, otherwise leave it out)

Directions

Puree all ingredients in food processor or stir together well with fork.
Spread on foil-lined or cooking-sprayed cookie sheet (with edges) and smooth with spatula.
Put in oven on lowest setting (140F) until no longer sticky to the touch - 8 to 10 hours.
Remove from oven; cool slightly. Loosen edges with metal spatula (if not foil lined), starting at narrow end, lift up corners; peel back slowly. (if foil liner is used, peel off foil.) Cut into 4-6 rolls. Roll up and wrap tightly in plastic wrap; store in fridge if not used within a day or two.
