Chicken Noodle Soup

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2.5 cups Whole Wheat noodles (any kind you like)
    4 C Water
    12 C chicken broth
    1 T Poultry seasoning
    1 C chopped onion
    1 C chopped celery
    1 C chopped Carrot
    1/3 C cornstarch
    1/4 C water
    3 C diced cooked chicken
    Salt ( to taste 2 t works for me)

Directions

1 prepare noodles according to package direction

2 In 6 -8 quart stock pot bring broth and poultry season to boil. Stir in celery and onion. Redce heat, cover and simmer for 15 min.

3 Add chicken and noodles and simmer for 5 minutes

4 meanwhile in separate bowl mix 1/4 C water and cornstarch together until corn starch is completely dissolved. Add to soup slowly while stirring.
