4 (4 oz. each) Chicken Breasts - boneless-skinless
4 slices (about 4 oz) Swiss Cheese
1/2 Cup White Wine
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
4 TBS Margarine
Place in a shallow casserole dish
Top with a slice of cheese
Mix wine and soup together
Pour over chicken
Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
Dot butter over the top of stuffing mix.
Bake UNCOVERED 350 degrees for 1 Hour
Yield: 4 - 4 oz servings of chicken with sauce.
