Introduction

What to do with all that left over ham and mashed potatoes!! Recipe can be doubled up for more servings. You can also add other left over veggies but please add the calories to the recipe. Ingredients

    Left over Mashed Potatoes, 2 cup
    Left over Baked Ham 1 cup, diced
    Red Potato, raw, 2 or 3 small ones(diced small)
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced (I use celery salt)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic to taste
    pepper to taste
    water to thin

Directions

Dump it all in a pot and cook until raw potatoes are done. Add water if too thick. Stir often so it won't stick. If cooked in a crock pot or for very long on stove add milk last because it will curddle.
