Ingredients

    3 tbsp steel cut oats
    3 tbsp rolled oats (not instant or quick)
    1 cup water

Directions

The night before, stir together oats and water. Let soak in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, move to a small saucepan and simmer for 7 minutes without a lid, then let it sit, covered, for a minute or two off of the heat.

Add nuts and fruits to taste (I like 1/2 a banana, a handful of blueberries, and a few chopped walnuts).
