Holiday turkey salad

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups roasted turkey breast chopped finely
    1/4 cup onions chopped up finely
    1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
    1 5" long stalk celery
    1 cup Light mayonnaise
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder


Directions

Place pieces of turkey breast on the chopping board chop into small chunk with knife or cut into dreseried size chunks. Set aside. finely chop peppers, onions, and celery into small chunks. Gather turkey and veggies into a bowl. Add black pepper, garlic powder , and light mayonnaise in bowl stir and mix together.

(Note you could use food processor to shred turkey meat. I like hands on.
