6 Cups Romaine Lettuce
1 Can crabmeat, drained
1 Cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
4 hard boiled eggs, egg white only
1/4 cup no fat dressing
Directions
Cut up lettuce and place remaining items row by row on top of romaine. Top it of with a fat-free dressing.
