Ingredients

1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. whole wheat egg noodles
1 can tuna in water, mostly drained
2/3 cup carrot (about 1), chopped
1/3 cup celery (about 1 stalk), chopped
2 whole mushrooms, chopped
1 cup plus 1 soup can water
Directions
Cook veggies in 1 cup water for about 3 minutes, until beginning to soften.
Stir in soup, plus 1 can of water. Bring back to a boil and add tuna. Cook for about a minute, then add the noodles. Cook according to noodle package, about 6 - 8 minutes.
Makes 3 servings of about 1 1/2 cups each.
