Low Calorie Cookie Base

Introduction

This provides a great base for any kind of cookies you want to make low calorie. I have added a tablespoon of peanut butter to make peanut butter cookies & 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips to make chocolate chip cookies. Cookies have a "cakey" texture. (Don't forget to add in calories for whatever you add to them). This provides a great base for any kind of cookies you want to make low calorie. Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 TBsp Splenda
    2 TBSP Applesauce, unsweetened
    1 TBSP light butter
    2 egg whites

Directions

makes 12 cookies. Dole out onto greased cookie sheet in Tablespoons. Bake 8 minutes at 350.
