Ingredients

    1 tortilla, 2oz baked or boiled chicken,cut in small slices, 1 oz shredded cheddar, 1/4 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup salsa. I was having a hard time finding a good way to get enough fiber & protein in the mornings. This combination seems to do the trick. It is very filling and will keep you feeling full for a good while.

Directions

Heat tortilla in microwave for 30 seconds. Mix salsa & refried beans together. Place mixture onto tortilla. Add chicken & cheese. Roll up and cook in microwave on high for an additional 45-60 seconds.
