Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 links (1 pkg) Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage (with Feta Cheese and Spinach) Sliced
    3 green peppers, seeded and sliced
    2 medium onions sliced
    4 Tablespoons Balsmic Vinegar
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

In a large skillet place sliced sausage and barely cover with water. Add Balsamic Vinegar. Bring to a boil allowing water to evaporate. Your sausage will have a nice crust to it. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add olive oil. Saute pepper and onions until soft. Add sausage and mix together.
Season as necessary

    We loved this recipe! I added a little red pepper and also stirred in some Ditalini pasta. With a salad it was delicious. I will definitely make it again and soon! My husband could not stop eating it. Great dish for a cold winter night. - 1/14/09
