1 can garbanzo beans
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp garlic-crushed is best
1 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Vary the spices to suit your liking.
