Turkey Barley Veggie Soup

Ingredients

    6 c turkey stock from scratch or can
    1 c celery diced
    1 c carrots diced
    1/2 c onion chopped
    1/2 c frozen corn thawed
    1/2 c sweet pepper diced
    1/2 cup broccoli stems peeled and diced
    3 c turkey diced
    2 cloves garlic
    2 ts olive oil
    1/2 c raw barley

Directions

saute garlic, onion and celery till tender in oil. add stock, turkey and barley. heat.
