Introduction

Ingredients

    8 C of Home Made Turkey Soup with potato, carrots, celery, onion
    1 Can Garbonzo beans rinsed
    1 Can Black Beans rinsed
    1 Can Pinto Beans Rinsed
    1 Can Corn--drained
    1/4 C Fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 red or Yellow pepper chopped
    1 onion chopped
    2 Cups mashed pumpkin
    1 cup cherry tomato

Directions

Add chopped vegetables to stock pot, add Turkey soup and start to simmer. Add all vegetables and all rinsed and drained beans.

Bring to a slow simmer and let the soup simmer for at least an hour to blend the flavors.
